Ben was very professional and very understanding about my apartment situation. I live in a third floor apartment and no one was willing to clean my carpet for under $300. Ben's service was excellent. His knowledge about apartment cleaning and rental operations was very helpful. If anyone needs their carpets cleaned in an apartment community, Alcazar would be a great business to come to.
