"I was pleased with the professionalism of the job performed. Ben showed up on time and stuck with his initial quote even though my furnace/ducts were very dirty and he had to spend 6 hours on them instead of the 4 he originally estimated. He did a good job of cleaning up after he was done and had a friendly manner throughout the job".
